Studio Policies & Client Agreement

Welcome to Blush Tips "N" beauty. We are dedicated to providing polished, luxury beauty services in a professional and clean environment. To ensure a seamless booking flow and the safety of both our studio and clients, all bookings, visits, and consultations are governed by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them thoroughly before making a booking request.

1. Bookings & Confirmations

Blush Tips "N" beauty operates strictly by appointment. Booking requests made via the website represent requests for a slot and are not guaranteed until Stacey contacts you directly to confirm. You must provide a valid mobile phone number and active email address. We communicate final confirmations primarily via SMS text or phone call.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respect your time and request that you respect ours. Because slot availability is highly limited, we enforce the following policies:

  • 48-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify Stacey at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to clients on our waitlist.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of your booked service rate.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up to your appointment without any prior contact, it will be marked as a no-show. No-show clients will be charged 100% of the service price and will have their access to future bookings restricted.

3. Grace Period & Late Arrivals

We strive to remain on schedule so that every client receives their full booking duration. If you are running late, please text Stacey immediately at 905.268.0774.

  • We offer a strict 15-minute grace period from your start time.
  • If you arrive within the grace period, your service time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full price of the booked service remains applicable.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the automatic cancellation of your session, which will be treated as a late cancellation (subject to the 50% service fee).

4. Client Preparation & Studio Hygiene

To achieve the best results, we require our clients to arrive properly prepared for their specific services:

  • Lash Services: Please arrive with completely clean, makeup-free eyes. Do not wear mascara, eyeliner, oils, or heavy under-eye creams. If lash cleanup is required before application, a $15 lash prep fee will be added to your service.
  • Loc & Hair Maintenance: Unless you have explicitly booked a wash-inclusive service, please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and free of heavy build-up, wax, or excessive styling oils.
  • Health & Illness: For the safety of the studio, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing active symptoms of a contagious illness (cold, flu, skin infections, or eye conditions). We reserve the right to decline service if a client appears actively unwell.

5. Product Disclosures & Sensitivities

We use high-quality, professional-grade styling products and adhesives. However, chemical components can occasionally trigger reactions in sensitive individuals:

  • Allergies: You must disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, or past sensitivities to hair dyes, lash extension adhesives (which contain cyanoacrylate), or skin-care products before your service begins.
  • Adhesive Testing: For first-time lash clients or clients with highly sensitive skin, we recommend booking a complimentary 24-hour patch test prior to your full set.
  • Liability: Blush Tips "N" beauty is not liable for allergic reactions, mild swelling, or normal shedding that occurs post-treatment if products were applied correctly and in accordance with standard safety protocols.

6. Refund Policy & Adjustments

All service sales are final. We do not issue refunds for completed beauty treatments. However, client satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you experience unexpected lash fallout or loc issues within 72 hours of your appointment, contact Stacey directly. We will perform a complimentary adjustment to address the issue within this window, provided you have followed the recommended aftercare guidelines.

7. Studio Etiquette & Guests

Because our workspace is a dedicated private studio designed for individual relaxation and safety (with hot styling tools and chemical adhesives present), we cannot accommodate extra guests, friends, or children in the service area unless they are actively receiving a service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in Ontario, Blush Tips "N" beauty and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided, including but not limited to hair shedding, breakage due to undisclosed chemical treatments, or skin irritation, unless caused by proven gross negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms or services will be resolved in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario.
